Concurrently, the 1 ists of probable industrial cl ients which could be attracted to a properly configured airport industrial parK ~I ill be reviewed and a "magn i tude II of probable econom i c impacts wi 11 be forecast in the areas of total employment, total revenue, retention of tohl re~'enue in the San Marcos economy, as we 11 as the identification of probable secondary expenditure multipl iers for estimating indirect impacts. The result of this effort will be a h\le n t y year economic projection subdivided into five year increments based upon the ai rpor-t and 1 and use improvement programs detailed in the Airport Master Plan. This analysis will identify the airport/s roJe as: (1) an attractor to potential new business and industry; (2) a contributor to current and anticipated total area economy, and (3) a contributor to tourism, qual ity of 1 ife, and other aspects of the community. I,~ORK PRODUCT The final work product will consist of a report with an Executive Summary that will present the data developed along with recommendations and suggest ions for imp 1 erne n ta t i on. A briefing pacKage (including out] ine, script, and visual aids) I,\lill be prepared that can be used for both information and marketing presentations. C. D. PREPARATION AND PRODUCTION OF STUDY DOCUMENTS Upon completion of the Study, twenty copies of the Draft final report will be submitted for review and comment.
