The result of this effort will be a <br /> h\le n t y year economic projection subdivided into five year increments <br /> based upon the ai rpor-t and 1 and use improvement programs detailed <br /> in the Airport Master Plan. This analysis will identify the airport/s <br /> roJe as: <br /> (1) an attractor to potential new business and industry; <br /> (2) a contributor to current and anticipated total area economy, <br /> and <br /> (3) a contributor to tourism, qual ity of 1 ife, and other aspects of <br /> the community. <br /> B. I,~ORK PRODUCT <br /> The final work product will consist of a report with an Executive <br /> Summary that will present the data developed along with recommendations <br /> and suggest ions for imp 1 erne n ta t i on. A briefing pacKage (including <br /> out] ine, script, and visual aids) I,\lill be prepared that can be used for <br /> both information and marketing presentations. <br /> C. COORDINATION <br /> The work described hereinabove wi 11 be conducted in fun <br /> comp 1 i ance ~\I i th all applicable criteria, and l!J ill be coordinated, as <br /> jointly found appropriate b>' City and Contractor with the Federal <br /> Aviation Administration, the Greater San Marcos Development Council, <br /> the San r1ar c os Ch ambe r of Commerce, the Airport 1'1anager and the <br /> City offices of San Marcos, and the airport commissioners. <br /> D. PREPARATION AND PRODUCTION OF STUDY DOCUMENTS <br /> Upon completion of the Study, twenty copies of the Draft final <br /> report will be submitted for review and comment.
