<br /> -5- <br /> 4.1 In general, the City and its representatives will render services <br /> as follol,~s: <br /> a. The City shall provide access to and make all provisions for <br /> the Contractor to enter upon pub1 ic lands as required for the <br /> Contractor to perform serlJices in the development of the <br /> Project. <br /> b. The Ci ty shall provide or make available all existing <br /> statistical data and other information which may be required <br /> by the Contractor in order to perform the technical and <br /> analytical work described in the Scope of Services, herein. <br /> c. The Ci ty sh all give thorough consideration to all reports, <br /> sKetches, estimates, drawings, specifications, proposals, and <br /> other documents presented by the Contractor, and shall inform <br /> the Contractor of all decisions within a reasonable time so as <br /> not to delay the worK of the Contractor. <br /> d. The Ci ty shall hold promptly all required special meetings, <br /> se I" IJ e all required publ ic and private notices, receive and act <br /> upon all protests and fulfill an requirements deemed by the <br /> City necessary in the development of the Project, and pay all <br /> costs incident thereto. <br /> e. The Ci ty sha 1 ì furnish the Contractor with a coPy of any <br /> design and construct ion standards it shall require the <br /> Contractor to follow in the course of work. <br /> f. The Ci ty shall designate a single person to act as the City's <br /> Representative with respect to the worK to be performed under <br /> this Agreement. The person designated as City's <br /> Representat i ve shall have complete authority to t I" an sm i t <br /> instructions, rece i IJe information, interpret and define the <br /> City's pol icy and decisions, with respect to the elements and <br /> systems pertinent to the work covered by the Agreement. <br /> 4.2 The services, information, surlJeys, and reports required by <br /> Paragraph 4.1, "a" through "f" inclusive, shall be furnished at <br /> the City's expense, and the Contractor shall be entitled to reiy <br /> upon the accuracy and completeness thereof. <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> SPECIAL CONSIDERATI~~S <br /> 5.1 OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMe~TS <br /> Or igina1 documents become the property of the City, and will be <br /> del ivered to the City upon completion of the project. <br /> ART!
