Env i ronmen tal maps of the district at a scale of one (1) <br /> inch to five hundred (500) feet. Land Use Map(s) ã.t a scale of one (1) inch to <br /> 500 feet. These shall include: <br /> 1) The location of all existing and proposed roads with a <br /> right-of-way of 60 feet or more. <br /> 2) Land use categories using the same categories as shown <br /> on the Master Plan/s Future Land Use Plan, and <br /> 3) School sites, fire stations, recreational buildings, <br /> 4) Parks and the parks/ uses. <br /> 5) The number of residential units for each residential <br /> land use category. <br /> 6) The number of units per acre for each residential land <br /> use category. <br /> 7) The acreage of each land use. <br /> e. Env i roomen tal Impact Statement.
