<br /> corner post in the commonline of the Dwyer 136.80 acre tract and
<br /> the aforereferenced Sni th tract;
<br /> THENCE with the commonline as fenced and used upon the ground of
<br /> the DI.¡yer tract and the Smith tract, the following two courses:

<br /> SECTION 2. That the S3rvice Plan for said area, a copy of which
<br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and
<br /> purposes, be, and the same is hereby approved.
<br /> SECTION 3. That the corporate limits of said City be, and the
<br /> s ame are hereby, extended to include said described terri tory .
<br /> SECTION 4. That said described territory shall henceforth be a
<br /> part of the City of San Marcos, Texas, and any inhabitants thereof
<br /> shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all citizens, and
<br /> shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of
<br /> said City.
<br /> SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days
<br /> from and after its passage, and it shall be published in a newspaper of
<br /> general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City
<br /> of San Marcos, Texas.
