S 35° 12/38uW 483.32 feet to a caluclated point in the southwest 1 ine of the Will iamson 62.235 acre tract for the south corner of this tract; THENCE with the southwest 1 ine of the Will iamson 62.235 acre tract the following two courses: ° 1. N40 16/55uW 144.88 feet to an 1/2 inch pipe found and ° 2. N40 17/56uW 175.46 feet to an 1/2 inch iron rod found for the west corner of the Will iamson 62.235 acre tract and the west corner of this tract; THENCE with the northwest 1 ine of the Will iamson 62.235 acre ° tract N43 40/20"E 1559.48 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 7.66 acres, more ~X less, of land as prepared for zoning purposes only from record information and previous surveys made on the ground during June 1985, by eyrn & Associates, Inc., of San Marcos, Texas. This tract was not surveyed on the ground. SECTI~~ 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on August 25, 1986 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be publ ished in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
