With a left-breaking curve having the following characteristics; Delta = 25°55'18", Radius = 756.19 feet, Arc = 342.11 feet, and a Chord bearing of S33 °O7'35"E 339.20 feet to a Texas Highway Department concrete monument found, and 4. 846° 03'52"E 110.15 feet to a calculated point for the PLACE OF BEGINNING and the north corner of this tract; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGIt~ING with the common 1 ioe of F.M. Highway No. 621 and the Will iamson 62.235 acre tract S46° 03'52"E 1058.52 feet to an 1/2 inch iron rod found for the east corner of the Will ¡amson 62.235 acre tract and the east corner of this tract; THENCE leaving F.M. Highway No. 621 with the southeast 1 ine of the Wi 11 iamson 62.235 acre tract S49°38-'27"W 1729.55 feet to an 1/2 inch iron rod found, in fence, for the south corner of the Will iamson 62.235 acre tract and the south corner of this tract; THENCE with the southwest 1 ¡ne of the Will iamson 62.235 acre ° tract, as fenced and used on the ground, N40 16-'55"W 1223.23 feet to a calculated point for the most westerly corner of this tract ; THENCE leaving the southwest 1 ine of the Will iamson 62.235 acre tract and crossing said tract the following five courses: J. N35°12-'38"E 483.32 feet to a calculated point, 2. N32°39'44"E 71.89 feet to a calculated point, 3. S59°24'37"E 446.41 feet to a calculated point, 4. N39°10-'23"E 454.90 feet to a calculated point, and 5. N46°23-'55"E 493.60 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 42.95 acres, more or less, of land as prepared for zoning purposes only from record information and previous sur~eys made on the ground during June 1985, by Byrn & Associates, Inc., of San Marcos, Texas. This tract was not surveyed on the ground. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If recons i dered on August 25, 1986, it sha 11 be in effec t ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be publ ¡shed in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
