<br />1.6.4 Preparation and issuance of Addenda made necessary by OWNER's <br />requested changes or modifications which are inconsistent with written <br />approvals or instructions prevlously given or are due to other causes <br />not solely wlthln ARCHITECT's control. <br />1.6.5 Resident Project Representation beyond that provided as a <br />part of BaS1C Services. <br />1.7 TIME <br />1.7.1 The ARCHITECT shall submit to the OWNER on or Defore November <br />4, 1986 the final construction contract documents, plans ana <br />speclfications. As used herein the term II final II contract documents, <br />plans and specifications shall be interpreted to mean the contract <br />documents, plans and specifications as reviewed and finally approved by <br />the OWNER. The amount of time that documents, plans and specifications <br />are Deing revlewed by OWNER which delays ARCHITECT's progress on this <br />contract shall not be included ln said time period. In addition, <br />delays caused Dy OWNER related to information or documents to De <br /> <br /> <br />supplied by OWNER shall not be included in said time perloa. <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br /> <br />THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br /> <br />2.1 The OWNER shall provide full information regarding <br /> <br /> <br />requirements for the project(s). Such information may include a <br /> <br /> <br />program, which shall set forth the OWNER's design obJectives, <br /> <br /> <br />constraints and crlteria, including space requirements and <br /> <br /> <br />relationships, flexibllity and expandability, special equipment ana <br /> <br /> <br />systems and site requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />2.2 If the OWNER provides a Dudget for the project(s) it shall <br /> <br /> <br />lnclude contingencies for bidding, changes in the Work durlng <br /> <br /> <br />constructl0n, and other costs which are the responsibility of the <br /> <br />OWNER, lncluding those described in this Article 2 ana in Subparagraph <br /> <br /> <br />3.1.2. The ARCHITECT shall accept the OWNER's authorization to bid the <br /> <br /> <br />project(s) as evidence that arrangements exist for fulfillment of the <br /> <br /> <br />financial obllgations assumed by the OWNER hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br />2.3 The OWNER shall designate a representative authorized to act <br /> <br />in the OWNER's Dehalf with respect to the project(s). The OWNER and/or <br /> <br /> <br />such authorized representative shall examine the documents submitted by <br /> <br /> <br />the ARCHITECT and shall render responses pertaining thereto promptly <br /> <br /> <br />and provide ARCHITECT with requested data or information in OWNER's <br /> <br /> <br />-8- <br />
