<br /> deposited in CITY's Electric Utility Account as referred to in <br /> Section 3.2 hereinabove. <br /> 3.4 LCRA will maintain CITY's electric utility books <br /> and records in general conformity with municipal utility <br /> accounting standards or FERC accounting standards as may be <br /> mutually agreed upon betwen LCRA and CITY. LCRA agrees that <br /> any reasonable changes in LCRA's standard accounting provisions <br /> applied to the books and records of the SYSTEM will be made <br /> when requested by CITY. All such books and records and all <br /> supporting documents shall be available in San Marcos and/or <br /> Austin at reasonable times for inspection and for the taking of <br /> transcriptions and/or photocopies thereof by authorized <br /> representatives and auditors of CITY. <br /> On or before the last day of the month, LCRA shall <br /> deliver to CITY the following financial statements related to <br /> the SYSTEM: <br /> a) A balance sheet as of the last day of the <br /> preceding month, <br /> b) A statement of income showing in reasonable <br /> detail the revenues and expenses of the SYSTEM for the <br /> -14- <br />
