<br /> preceding month and the twelve months ending the last day of <br /> the preceding month (or applicable period during the first <br /> CONTRACT YEAR), <br /> c) Such statistical information for the <br /> preceding month and preceding twelve month period as reasonably <br /> requested by the CITY, <br /> d) A summary statement of the preceding month's <br /> receipts and disbursements for each cash account maintained by <br /> LCRA on behalf of the CITY as provided within this Operating <br /> Agreement, and <br /> e) A detailed statement of the preceding month's <br /> disbursements from the CITY's Electric Utility Account. <br /> The balance sheet prepared as of the end of each <br /> CONTRACT YEAR and the related statement of income for the <br /> CONTRACT YEAR, as well as the books and records upon which such <br /> statements are prepared, shall be kept available by LCRA for <br /> audit by CITY or its designated independent auditor for a <br /> period not to exceed twelve (12) months. Upon completion of <br /> the audit or upon expiration of said twelve (12) months, <br /> provided no written protest by CITY has been provided to LCRA, <br /> said statements and records shall be deemed to be correct. <br /> -15- <br />
