<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE
<br /> WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE
<br /> OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984,
<br /> (VOL. 66) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF A 17,327 SQUARE
<br /> FOOT TRACT OF LAND, BEING THE NORTHWEST PART OF LOT
<br /> 26 AND THE SOUTHEAST PART OF LOT 25, FOREST HILL AD-
<br /> DITION, BLOCK ONE, 4TH REVISION, CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br /> HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID MAP OR PLAT BEING RECORDED
<br /> IN VOLUME 151, PAGE 23, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS,
<br /> A/K/A 804 N. LBJ. DRIVE FROM "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY
<br /> DWELLING DISTRICT) TO "c" (COMMERICAL DISTRICT); AND
<br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> Mayor Younger declared the public hearing open. No one wished to
<br /> speak in favor or against the Ordinance. Mayor Younger declared the
<br /> public hearing closed. Mr. Guerra moved for adoption of the Ordinance
<br /> and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
<br /> Mayor Younger introduced for consideration a public hearing and adoption
<br /> of Zoning Ordinance, the caption which was read as follows:
