<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 31, <br />MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />OF SAID CITY, TO ADD ARTICLE II, SECTIONS <br />31-10 THROUGH 31-17 ESTABLISHING THE STANDARD <br />OPERATING PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE <br />SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT OF SAID CITY, AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1986-114 <br /> <br />o <br />C"'f <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Aaministration requires that <br />Municipalities adopt operating procedures and regulations for the <br />facilitation of municipal airports~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 7, 1986, the San Marcos Municipal Airport <br />Commission held a regular meeting~ ana <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to sa~a meeting on saia date, said <br />Commission did, on July 7, 1986, consider the proposea standard <br />operating procedures and regulations for the San Marcos Municipal <br />Airport and voted to approve the same and have recommenaea that <br />sa~d standard operating procedures and regulations be approved oy <br />the City Council of said City~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that <br />the aaoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the <br />public health, welfare ana safety~ now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1.
