These procedures ana regulations <br />are promulgatea unaer the power grantea to the <br />City Council of the City of San Marcos unaer <br />Texas REV. CIVIL STATUTES ANN. ART. 46a-7. <br /> <br />B. APPLICATION. All aircraft, pilots, operators, <br />companies, business organizations, government <br />agencies, and ail persons coming upon Airport <br />property for any purpose are subject to these <br />regulations. <br /> <br />C. COMPLIANCE. The City CounciL, the Airport <br />Manager, ana/or their representatives are <br />empowerea to require compLiance with these <br />reguiations. Any v1olat1on of these <br />regulations is hereoy declared a m1saemeanor <br />offense, and the violator upon conviction <br />shall be subject to a fine not to exceea <br />$200.00 or as otherwise proviaed by Law. In <br />addition, willful violators can be removeQ or <br />evicted from the Airport premises and/or <br />deniea use of the Airport or its facilities if <br />
