<br />-7- <br /> <br />6. RIGHT OF ENTRY. <br /> <br />The Airport Manager shaLL have the right of entry <br />at reasonaole times for repalrs, malntenance, <br />modification, or inspection of all rooms, areas, <br />and ouildings on the Airport. <br /> <br />7. CONSTRUCTION OR ALTERATION. <br /> <br />No construction work or alterations to groundS or <br />structures other than minor repairs or maintenance <br />shall be performed on the Airport without written <br />permlssion from the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />8. RESTRICTED AREAS. <br /> <br />No person shall enter any restricteo area on the <br />Airport except with the authorization of the <br />Airport Manager. <br /> <br />9. SANITATION. <br /> <br />A. Disposal. No person shall dispose of garoage, <br />papers, refuse, or other waste materlals on <br />the Airport except as provioed oy City <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />B. Burning. No open fires are allowed on the <br />Airport without the approval of the City of <br />San Marcos. No trash or refuse will be burned <br />on the Airport at any time. <br /> <br />C. No materlals may be put in the sanitary sewer <br />system, or any other drainage system, which do <br />not conform to the regulations of the City of <br />San Marcos WhlCh cover such matters. <br /> <br />10. ALCOHOL AND NARCOTICS. <br /> <br />A. Legal Compliance. All applicaole local, <br />State, and Federal laws pertalning to hanoLing <br />or use of aLcoholic beverages, narcotics, and <br />drugs shall apply on the Airport. <br /> <br />B. Unoer the Influence. No person under the <br />influence of alcohol or any other substance, <br />to the degree that he may enoanger <br />himself/herseLf or another, shall operate a <br />motor vehicle or aircraft on the Alrport. <br /> <br />11. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. <br /> <br />No person shall commit any disorderly, obscene, or <br />inoecent act or any act prohioited by chapter 42 of <br />the Texas Penal Code on the Alrport. <br /> <br />12. PRESERVATION OF PROPERTY. <br /> <br />No person shall destroy, injure, deface or disturb <br />in any way any ouilaing, sign, equipment, marker, <br />structure, lawn or puolic property on the Airport. <br />No person shall trespass on agricultural areas <br />without the approval of the Airport Manager. No <br />person shall abandon property on the Airport. No <br />person shall interfere with, tamper, or inJure any <br />part of the Airport operation or any aircraft on <br />the Airport. <br /> <br />13. HUNTING AND FIREARMS. <br /> <br />Except for <br />officially <br />firearms on <br />or shooting <br /> <br />sporting firearms <br />authorized persons <br />the Airport.
