Recommendea traffic <br /> directions for the Airport are: <br /> Right 22 26 30 35 <br /> Left 4 8 12 18 <br /> <br />pattern <br /> <br />B. ALTITUDE. Recommended traffic pattern altituae for <br />the Airport is: 1600' MSL/I000' AGL. <br /> <br />8. AUTHORITY TO SUSPEND OPERATIONS. <br /> <br />The Airport Manager may suspena or restrict any or <br />ali operations on the Airport whenever such action <br />is aeterminea necessary. <br /> <br />9. CLOSING OF AIRPORT. <br /> <br />In the event the Airport Manager believes <br />conaitions at the Airport are unsafe, it is within <br />h1S authority to close the entire Airport or any <br />part thereof. A Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) will De <br />immediately fiied with FAA Flight Service. <br /> <br />SEC. 31-12 - PUBLIC AND TENANT USAGE <br /> <br />1. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES. <br /> <br />Business or Commercial Activity. <br />use the Airport for OUS1ness <br />act1vit1es without first obtaining <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />No person shall <br />or commercial <br />the approval of <br /> <br />2. FLYING SCHooLS/ INSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />No commercial flight SChooL/instruction shali De <br />operated on or from the Airport except unaer <br />contract with the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />3. FLYING CLUBS. <br /> <br />The following requirements pertain to all flying <br />cluos desiring to base their aircraft at the <br />Airport ana be exempt from commercial regulations: <br /> <br />a. Definition. Each flying cluo must be a <br />not-for-profit organizat1on. <br /> <br />b. Procedures. The flying club must file <br />and keep current with the Airport Manager <br />a complete list of the club's <br />memoership. The cluo1s owned or leasea <br />aircraft will not De used by other than <br />bona fide club memoers for rental ana not <br />for commercial operat10ns. <br /> <br />c. Insurance requirements. Each cluo <br />aircraft must have a minimum aircraft <br />liab1lity lnsurance coverage 1n the <br />amount of $500,000 BoaiiY Injury ana <br />Property Damage and $100,000 Passenger <br />Liab1lity. <br /> <br />4. DEMONSTRATIONS, SHOWS, AND EXHIBITIONS. <br /> <br />No person shall engage in any show, demonstration, <br />or exhioition without prior written perm1ssion from <br />the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />5. LOST ARTICLES. <br /> <br />Any person finding lost articles on the Airport <br />shall deposit them at the Airport Manager's <br />office. Articles unclaimed after 60 days by the <br />owner may be turned over to the finder or otherwise <br />legally disposed of by the City of San Marcos. <br />
