<br />-5- <br /> <br />4. DAMAGE TO AIRFIELD LIGHTING. <br /> <br />Any person damaging any llght or fixture on the <br />Airport shall immeaiately report such damage to the <br />Airport Manager. Persons causing aamage to <br />approach, runway, ana/or taxiway llghts or <br />fixtures, as result of negligent acts, shall oe <br />liable for the replacement costs. <br /> <br />5.. TAXIING AIRCRAFT.. <br /> <br />A. Speea. Aircraft shall De taxiea at safe ana <br />pruaent speed ana unaer full control of the <br />pilot at all times. <br /> <br />B. Consideration. No person shall start or run <br />an aircraft in such a manner to risk damage to <br />other aircraft or property or in such a manner <br />to olow paper, deoris, or other oojects across <br />the taxiway or runway or in such a manner to <br />enaanger any operations on the Airport. <br /> <br />6. UNICOM PROCEDURE. <br /> <br />All pilots are encouragea to call on the assignea <br />Airport UNICOM frequency to determine the <br />recommendea runway ana to announce thelr position <br />ana lntention for take-off ana landing. The <br />Airport UNICOM frequency is 122.8. <br />
