<br />~l-'-.."t.ial T,,~ <br /> <br />In order to mini.mi.ze adverse short or long term environmental impact, <br />all construction will utilize the guidelines and standards as <br />established in FAA Advisory Circular l50/5370-l0, "Standards for <br />~ Constructial of Airports8, and approved special provisions. <br />By utilizing these guidelines, temporary air and water pollution, <br />ei'csiem and other potential envil:onmental problems that may be created <br />by the p%qX)Sed oonstruction will be minimized or e1i.mi.nated. Noise <br />fI:aD CXI18tructiem equipnent should not have significant impacts: most <br />of the oonstruct:ion will occur away fran mise sensitive areas. <br /> <br />DeSign measures will be incorporated to maximize the utilization of <br />on-site excavation and fill. These measures will minimize the <br />requi.I:ement far off-site excavatim. Any off-site excavation that may <br />be required will be cbtained from a,wrcved locations which comply to <br />local, Federal, and state requirements. <br /> <br />Alt:hcugh the ~ oonstructial will create some additional noise <br />and traffic annoyances to individuals along State Highway 21, any <br />cmnulative impact created by the p%qX)Sed develcpnent program appears <br />to be insignificant. <br /> <br />8.l3 <br />
