<br />City of Pflugerville Comprehensive Plan, Site Development Ordinance, and Zonin~ <br />Ordinance Revisions <br /> <br />The City of Pflugerville hired CLRINC to prepare the <br />land use policy elements of a comprehensive plan <br />planning conducted for Buda. As with Buda, CLRINC <br />workshop utilizing the Nominal Group Process. <br /> <br />goal setting and future <br />similar to the initial <br />conducted a citizen input <br /> <br />In response to tremendous growth in the City and its ETJ, the City Council, <br />through the Planning and Zoning Commission, directed CLRINC to prepare a Site <br />Development Ordinance which could be applied by itself and in conjunction with <br />the City's Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances. The ordinance establishes <br />development standards for landscaping, access, signs, compatibility, drainage, <br />and flood plains. As part of the scope of work, CLRINC incorporated <br />appropriate site development standards into the district requirements of the <br />Zoning Ordinance.
