<br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> ISSUED BY: SHEET NO. <br /> <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: REVISION NO. <br /> <br /> MEDIUM GENERAL SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - MGS <br /> The City shall charge and collect for medium general service <br /> electric service on the basis of the provisions of this Rate <br /> Schedule - MGS. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and <br /> Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as <br /> a part of this rate schedule. <br /> AVAILABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is available throughout the entire <br /> territory served by the City of San Marcos. <br /> APPLICABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service <br /> required for lighting, po't'ler and any other purpose, other than <br /> residential service as defined in Rate Schedule - RS, where the <br /> maximum metered demand in any month is 50 kW or greater but less <br /> than 500 kW for which no specific rate schedule is available. <br /> Customers taking service under the LCRA Rate Schedule - MGS <br /> may be transferred to the appropriate general service rate sched- <br /> ule when the City next adopts revised electric rate schedules. <br /> CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br /> rent, 60 Hertz, single or three phase, at the City's option of <br /> standard available voltages.
