<br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> ISSUED BY: SHEET NO. <br /> <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: REVISION NO. <br /> <br /> LARGE GENERAL SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - LGS <br /> The City shall charge and collect for large general service <br /> electric service on the basis of the provisions of this Rate <br /> Schedule - LGS. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and <br /> Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as <br /> a part of this rate schedule. <br /> AVAILABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is available throughout the entire <br /> territory served by the City of San Marcos. <br /> APPLICABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service <br /> required for lighting, power and any other purpose, other than <br /> residential service as defined in Rate Schedule - RS, where the <br /> maximum metered demand in any month is 500 kW or greater and for <br /> which no specific rate schedule is available. <br /> Customers taking service under the LCRA Rate Schedule - LGS <br /> may be transferred to the appropriate rate schedule when the City <br /> next adopts revised electric rate schedules. <br /> CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> Service under this rate schedule shall be al terna ting cur- <br /> rent, 60 Hertz, three phase, at the City's option of standard <br /> available voltages.
