<br /> CITY OF SAN ~COS <br /> ELEC'r'RIC TARIFF <br /> ISSUED BY: SHEET NO. <br /> <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: REVISION NO. <br /> <br /> MEDIUM GENERAL SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - MGS <br /> INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE <br /> The City will make reasonable provisions to insure satisfac- <br /> tory and continuous service, but does not guarantee a continuous <br /> supply of electrical power and energy and shall not be liable for <br /> damage occasioned by interruptions of service or failure to com- <br /> mence delivery caused by acts of God, or the public enemy, or for <br /> any cause reasonably beyond its control, including, but not <br /> limited to the failure or breakdown of facilities, floods, fire, <br /> strikes, or actions or orders of any agency having jurisdiction <br /> in the premises, or for interruptions which are necessary for <br /> inspection, repair, or changes in equipment or facilities of the <br /> City or its bulk power suppliers. <br /> The Customer shall notify the City immediately of any <br /> defects, trouble or accident which may in any way affect the <br /> delivery of electric service by the city. <br /> I <br /> FINAL DRAFT 9/5/86 - 8 - <br />
