The City of San Marcos does have the legal authority to accept <br /> the conveyance, and will abide by the assurances and covenants <br /> required under the conveyance, and particularly in accordance <br /> with the requirements of FAR Part 154, Section 154.13. <br /> 16. A draft Environmental Impact Assessment will be prepared in <br /> accordance with applicable DOT and FAA requirements. <br /> 17. If the conveyance displaces any person or the inquisition of an <br /> interest in real property that is within the peripheral of the <br /> Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition <br /> Policy Act of 1970 (URARPAPA), the City will make the assurances <br /> required by Sections 25.57 (a) (and 25.59) (a» of regulations of <br /> the office of the Secretary of Transportation (49 CFR 25). <br /> Attached to this application is a certified copy of a resolution by <br /> the City Council of San ~Iarcos authorizing the undersigned to file the <br /> application and also stating that the City is willing to accept the <br /> conveyance subject to the covenants described by FAR Part 154, Section <br /> 154.l3. <br /> The City of San Marcos is prepared to follow through on this <br /> application for acquisition of property.
