<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />PROPERTY COVERED BY THE DEED OF TRUST, <br />SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FINANCING STATEMENT <br /> <br />The following items of property constitute the "Property" <br />covered by the Deed of Trust, Secllrity Agreement and Financing <br />Statement, to which this Exhibit is attached: <br /> <br />FIRST TRACT <br /> <br />See Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />SECOND TRACT <br /> <br />See Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />THIRD TRACT, etc. <br /> <br />See Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor in and to any and <br />all other real property now owned, held, leased, claimed or which <br />may hereafter be owned, held, leased or claimed by Grantor and <br />located anywhere in Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor in and to any <br />buildings, improvements, tenements and other personal property <br />presently owned, held, leased, claimed, or which may hereafter be <br />acquired and owned, held, leased or claimed by Grantor, and loca- <br />ted on the above-described real property or anywhere else in Hays <br />County, Texas. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor in and to any and <br />all water production, storage, transmission and distribution <br />facilities, or systems thereof, together with all appurtenances <br />thereto presently owned, held, leased or claimed, or which may <br />hereafter be acquired and owned, held, leased or claimed by <br />Grantor and located on the above-described real property and <br />anywhere else in Hays County, Texas, and all collateral similar to <br />the above, hereafter acquired by Grantor, and all substitutes and <br />replacements for, accessions, attachments and other additions to, <br />and tools, parts and equipment used in connection with the above <br />collateral. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor in, to and under <br />any and all rights-of-way and easements now owned, held, leased, <br />enjoyed or exercised, or which may hereafter be owned, held, <br />leased, acquired, enjoyed or exercised by Grantor for the purposes <br />of, and in connection with, the construction or operation by or on <br />behalf of Grantor of water production, storage, transmission and <br />distribution facilities, or systems, whether underground or <br />overhead or otherwise, wherever located in Hays County, Texas, <br />including, but not limited to, those easements specified in <br />Exhibit "A-2" attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />together with the following: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Any and all of Grantor's rights, interests, grants, <br />privileges, rents, (subject, however to the assignment <br />of rents to Corporation in the Deed of Trust) revenues, <br />issues, profits, income, assessments, leases, royalties, <br />
