<br />mineral, oil and gas rights, water, water rights and <br />water stock appurtenant to the Property, including, but <br />not limited to, all revenue and income from the sale of <br />water by Grantor. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor in and to any <br />and all plans and specifications for the development, <br />modification, alteration and improvement of and <br />construction on the Property. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor in and to any <br />and all contracts and subcontracts relating to the <br />Property, including, but not limited to, contracts for <br />the sale or purchase of water by Grantor. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor to any and all <br />accounts, contract rights, instruments, documents and <br />general intangibles arising from or by virtue of any <br />transactions related to the Property. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor in, to and <br />under any and all licenses, permits, franchises, <br />certificates, ordinances, and other rights and <br />privileges obtained from any individual or entity, <br />whether governmental or otherwise, in connection with <br />the Property, which rights include, but are not limited <br />to, the right to construct, acquire or operate water <br />production, storage, transmission and distribution <br />facilities, or systems, in Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor to any and all <br />proceeds arising from or by virtue of the sale, lease, <br />or other disposition of any of the Property. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />All rights, title and interest of Grantor to any and all <br />proceeds payable or to be payable under each policy of <br />insurance relating to the Property. <br /> <br />Any and all proceeds arising from the taking of all or a <br />part of the Property for any public or quasi-public use <br />under any law, or by right of eminent domain, or by <br />private or other purchase in lieu thereof. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />All other interests of every kind and character which <br />Grantors now have or at any time hereafter acquire in <br />and to the Property, including all other items of <br />property and rights described elsewhere in the Deed of <br />Trust. <br />
