(i) Immediately under the name of the Bond the headings "Interest Rate: " and "Maturity Date: " shal1 both be completed with the expression "As Shown Below"; (ii.) In the first paragraph, the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shaH be deleted and the fol1owing substituted therefor: "on the 1st day of November in each of the years, in the principal amounts, and bearing interest at the rates per annum, in accordance with the fol1owing schedule: Year Principal Installment Interest Rate " (Insert information from schedule in Section 2) (iii) In the second paragraph, the words "executing the registration certificate appearing hereon" shan be deleted and the foHowing additional sentence added to said paragraph: "The initial Paying Agent/Registrar is MBank Austin, N.A., Austin, Texas." (iv) The Initial Bond shaH be numbered T-1. Section 11. DEFINITIONS. Throughout this Ordinance the foHowing terms as used herein shaH have the meanings set forth below, unless the context dearly indicates otherwise: (a) The term "Additional Bonds" means the additional parity revenue bonds which the City reserves the right to issue in the future, as provided in this Ordinance. (b) The term "Amortization InstaHment", with respect to any Term Bonds of this series of Bonds or of any series of Additional Bonds, shaH mean the amount of money which is required to be deposited into the Mandatory Redemption Account for retirement of such Term Bonds (whether at maturity or by mandatory redemption and including redemption premium, if any) provided that the total Amortization Instal1ments for such Term Bonds shaH be sufficient to provide for retirement of the aggregate principal amount of such Term Bonds. (c) The term "Bond" means any ob1igation of the City authorized to be issued by this Ordinance, whether initiany delivered or issued in exchange for, upon transfer of or in lieu of, any Bond previously issued; 1037f -14-
