<br />Stop intersections.
<br />
<br />(a) The city council may designate any street
<br />intersection as a stop intersect1on and aesignate the
<br />streets upon which vehicles shall stop before entering
<br />such intersect1on. Whenever any intersection has oeen
<br />so aesignatea, the chief of pol1ce shall cause the same
<br />to oe iaentifiea by the erection of stop signs
<br />inaicating which vehicle approaching the intersection
<br />shall stop.
