Attachment `A' <br />Scope of Services <br />1. Existing Easements, Record Drawings, and Utility Files <br />2. Information on proposed public and private projects in vicinity; <br />SPECIAL SERVICES <br />The Scope of Services and the budget presented herein does not include the following services. At such <br />time that it is determined that these services or other additional services may be required, BGE will obtain <br />authorization from the City prior to performing any of these additional services. <br />1. Scope of Service items listed as NOT INCLUDED; <br />2. Travel and subsistence required of BGE and authorized by City to points other than local <br />governmental agencies, consultant offices, and Project site; <br />3. Significant revisions by the City after receiving initial direction by the City or after obtaining <br />approvals from City and other permitting authorities; <br />4. Public Meeting(s); <br />5. Filing, review, permit, inspection, and other fees assessed by local, County, State, or State <br />regulatory agencies. <br />Should the City and BGE agree that any of the above Special Services, or other additional services are <br />required, BGE will prepare a cost proposal for such services and obtain authorization from City prior to <br />performing any special services. <br />SCHEDULE <br />A project schedule was provided to BGE from San Marcos. BGE has reviewed this schedule and verified <br />the anticipated durations for water /sewer design and construction. The Project schedule with BGE <br />comments are provided in Attachment `B' <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for the above Scope of Services shall be in accordance with the terms of Article 2 of the <br />Professional Service Agreement. An itemization of the labor costs and expenses is included in <br />Attachment `C', and includes the Project costs of the appropriate subconsultants. All compensation will <br />be on a Fixed Fee basis.
