<br />ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE <br />TO AUTOMATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROJECT, <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />The Contract Documents for the aoove project <br />revised as fOllows: <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />amended <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The deflnitions attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated <br />herein for ail purposes are hereby added to Article 1 of the <br />General Condltions. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Any and all references in the Contract Documents to "Cllent", <br />"Clty" and "Licensee" shall be interpreted to mean Owner, and any <br />and all references to "HMS" and "Licensor" shall be lnterpreted to <br />mean Contractor. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Exhioits A, Band C which are attached hereto as Attachments B, C <br />ana D and are incorporated herein for all purposes are hereby <br />lncorporated lnto the Systems Specificatlons Ana Contractor's Bid <br />submltted for this ProJect oy Contractor and said Bia lS amended <br />to t.he extent of any conflict between sald Bla and sald ExhÜnts. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Any and all references in the Contract Documents to the suomlSSlon <br />of bondS and insurance certlficates oy Contractor are hereoy <br />deleted. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />"Work" as used in paragraph 2.8 of the General Condltions means <br />speclflcally the installation and lmplementation of utllity <br />blillngs, police recordS and payroll. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Paragraph 6.5 of the General Condltions is hereby amended to <br />provide that the Contractor shall furnlsh one (1) set of operatlng <br />instructlons for each Data General MV Computer lnstalled upon <br />Owner's premlses. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Paragraph 6.6 of the General Conditlons is hereby deleted. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Paragraphs 6.18 through 6.21 of the General Conditions are <br />deleted. <br /> <br />hereoy <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />"CONTRACTOR's Work" as used ln paragraph <br />Condltlons refers to speclfic work related to <br />malntenance of the computer system. <br /> <br />7.2 <br />the <br /> <br />of the General <br />operatlon and <br /> <br />ID. <br /> <br />In aaditlon to the appllcabllity of Article 15 to all provlsions <br />of the Contract Documents, said Article lS particularly applicaole <br />to the provislons contained in paragraph 8.7 of the General <br />Condltlons. <br /> <br />ll. <br /> <br />Artlcle 15 of the General Condltlons is amended to the extent that <br />delays, if any, caused oy penalng arbltration proceedings shall <br />result in an increase to Contractor of the contract tlme for <br />comp.Letion of the project oy the numoer of days delayed. <br />
