<br />ATTACHMENT F, PAGE 1 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT #n <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR herein agrees to perform the following services under this agreement <br />as specified in its Response to the RFP for the Automated Data Processing <br />system. Such services shall be substantially in accordance with the <br />specification~ features where are included in this contract as Exhibit D . <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR Scope of Services: <br />Hardware Related Functions: <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Provide orders for hardware as defined within this agreement <br />to Data General Corporation for prompt delivery to the City <br />offices. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Coordinate and expedite delivery of said hardware in <br />conformance with the mutually agreed upon installation <br />schedule. Complete delivery insurance will be maintained by <br />the carrier and/or CONTRACTOR. HMS shall not be responsible <br />for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including <br />manufacturing of the machinery. <br /> <br />Provide system generation services to make the hardware <br />operational using standard Data Genera~system software as <br />provided by Data General. '\"" /I D.Ç IV.5 <br /> <br />Assist local staff in the movement of applications, <br />databases, programs, and CEO files from the existing AOS <br />system to the new AOS/VS system. Local staff will be <br />trained by HMS personnel in the process. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Assist in the definition of user profiles, printer queues, <br />an~/other system related functions to be consistent with the <br />AO~)system's user interface. <br />VS <br />Provide written instructions to Data General for the <br />re-configuration of the existing hardware with the new <br />MV-7800 processor for the Police Department. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Provide system generation functions on the Police system <br />when located in the Police Building. Instruct the Police <br />systems manager in the basic operations of the system. <br /> <br />Load the HMS Standard Applications programs, as herein <br />contracted, onto the appropriate systems and prepare them <br />for demonstration. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
