<br />utility (LCRA) Related Functions: <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT F, PAGE 2 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Investigate the actual functions performed within the LCRA <br />office at this time as they relate to the operation of the <br />standard HMS applications. Provide a written definition to <br />the city of any functions which are not consistent with the <br />HMS standard Applications software as defined in the RFP <br />response. <br /> <br />Provide to LCRA detailed specifications of the data fields <br />and format of the database to be provided to EMS as <br />requested on magnetic tape. Such definition shall be used <br />for updates as well. <br /> <br />Provide a computer program to convert the LCRA supplied <br />database based on the specifications provided to the HMS <br />database structure. HMS shall also provide a detailed <br />listing of the contents to permit CITY to balance the <br />databases. <br /> <br />HMS shall specify the communications equipment which is to <br />be leased by the CITY for communications between the City <br />building and the LCRA building. The CITY shall be solely <br />re?ponsible for arranging the communications lines, <br />interfaces with the phone company I and procurement of <br />equipment. <br /> <br />Parallel Operations Functions <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />HMS shall be responsible for determining to the best of its <br />ability that the programming as installed meets the <br />standards provided in the RFP response. Deficiencies which <br />relate to current operations not specified in the RFP shall <br />be noted in writing to the CITY. <br /> <br />HMS shall be responsible for demonstrating each of the <br />documented functions to CITY and LCRA personnel to assure <br />them that the system operates as documented. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />HMS shall be responsible for training sessions with LCRA and <br />CITY personnel in the proper operation of the computer <br />applications. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />HMS shall provide three copies of documentation for each <br />applications package, along with written permission for the <br />CITY to duplicate additional copies for its use. <br /> <br />HMS shall provide a systems project manager on-site in CITY <br />Hall for the months of November and December 1986 to <br />coordinate the installation of the system. Additional <br />personnel as proposed will be made available for training <br />and conversion. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
