<br />6. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT F, PAGE 3 <br /> <br />HMS shall indicate to the CITY in writing when the system <br />meets the specifications and is ready for "live" processing <br />of utility bills. <br /> <br />Conversion of Existing Applications <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />HMS shall provide operational standard applications on the <br />MV-IOOOO computer system for CITY functions and on the <br />MV-7800 system for Law Enforcement functions and demonstrate <br />the operation of such applications. <br /> <br />HMS shall assist local staff in the conversion of existing <br />Interactive COBOL databases to INFOS databases consistent <br />with the needs of the new applications. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />HMS shall provide one copy of user documentation for each <br />HMS application package, along with written permission to <br />the CITY to reproduce copies for use by CITY personnel. <br /> <br />HMS will provide within the proposed training days <br />consulting assistance in the best use of the individual <br />applications. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />HMS will make available to the CITY as additional 100 <br />mandays for training at $450 per day plus expenses, or for <br />customization at $650 per day plus expenses for use by the <br />CITY as needed for additional functions.
