SECTION 1. The Preferred Scenario Map of the Comprehensive Plan, Vision San Marcos: A River <br />runs Through Us San Marcos is revised to change the land use intensity designation for the real <br />property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof from an "Area of Stability" to <br />a "Medium Intensity Zone" while preserving the Open Space designation for the floodway and water <br />quality zone on the Preferred Scenario Map. <br />SECTION 2. After its original passage, this ordinance will be subject to reconsideration at the next <br />regular City Council meeting. If this ordinance is not reconsidered, or if it is reconsidered and <br />approved, it shall become effective thereafter. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading on November 6, 2013 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on second regarding on November 19, 2013. <br />Attest: <br />Approved: <br />Michael Co en " o <br />City Attorn ey <br />2 <br />Da Guerrero <br />Mayor <br />
