<br />9.2 <br /> <br />During the term of this Agreement, LCRA will <br /> <br />own, operate and maintain the 138/12.5kV stepdown facilities, <br /> <br />at LCRA's sole expense, necessary to provide safe and adequate <br />service to CITY at reasonable cost. <br /> <br />9.3 <br /> <br />At the time this Agreement expires, CITY shall <br /> <br />have the right to purchase the 138/12.SkV stepdown facilities <br /> <br />from LCRA, in good condition, at value equal to the original <br />cost less accumulated provision for depreciation at the time <br /> <br />this Agree~ent expires. <br /> <br />9.4 <br /> <br />In the event LCRA's transmission system, <br /> <br />including 138/12.SkV stepdown facilities, serving CITY requires <br /> <br />additions, extensions or improvements during the term of this <br /> <br />Agreement in order to provide safe, reliable, economic and <br /> <br />efficient service to CITY, LCRA shall provide such additions, <br /> <br />extensions and improvements at its sole expense. <br /> <br />At the <br /> <br />termination of this Agreement, CITY shall have the right to <br /> <br />purchase such additions, extensions and improvements, in good <br /> <br />condition, at value equal to the original cost less accumulated <br />provision for depreciation, provided that such additions, <br /> <br />extensions, improvements and facilities are not part of LCRA's <br /> <br />overall transmision system. <br /> <br />-29- <br />
