<br />ARTICLE 10 <br />CONSERVATION AND LOAD MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />10. 1 <br /> <br />As promptly as feasible and during the term of <br /> <br />this Agreement, LCRA will install, own, operate and maintain a <br />"state-of-the-art" load management system in the CITY's service <br /> <br />territory to be operated by LCRA in accordance with <br /> <br />requirements and procedures as agreed upon by CITY. <br /> <br />10.2 <br /> <br />The equipment and facilities comprising LCRA's <br /> <br />load management system will be installed in CITY at locations <br /> <br />mutually agreed upon by LCRA and CITY. <br /> <br />Upon the termination of <br /> <br />this Agreement, the equipment and facilities installed by LCRA <br />shall remain operational for the mutual benefit and use of LCRA <br /> <br />and CITY without any cost to CITY, except for the cost of <br /> <br />equipment maintenance inside CITY's service area. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 11 <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />1 ,. 1 <br /> <br />This Agreement is subject and subordinate to <br /> <br />the provisions of any bond indentures or ordinances heretofore <br /> <br />and hereafter executed by CITY. <br /> <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the parties hereto have <br />executed this Instrument this 24th day of July, A.D., 1986, <br /> <br />-30- <br />
