<br />EXHIBIT A (Continued) <br /> <br />POINTS OF DELIVERY (Continued) <br /> <br />to provide the above specified <br /> <br />percentage of <br /> <br />Distributor's requirements. <br /> <br />If LCRA is unable for any <br /> <br />reason to provide the additional capacity, then <br />Distributor's obligation to purchase the above <br /> <br />percentage of electric power and energy from LCRA shall <br /> <br />be reduced proportionately so that the total amount of <br /> <br />energy to be purchased by the Distributor is unchanged. <br /> <br />Distributors who at the date of execution of the <br /> <br />agreement of which this Exhibit A is a part do not have <br /> <br />other sources of electric power and energy shall not <br /> <br />enter into a contract for electric power and energy <br /> <br />with another entity without prior approval of the LCRA <br /> <br />provided the LCRA is willing and capable of supplying <br /> <br />any or all of the electric power and energy <br /> <br />requirements of Distributor; however, it is expressly <br /> <br />agreed and understood that Distributor shall have the <br /> <br />right to purchase from others any portion of its <br /> <br />electric power and energy requirements which cannot be <br /> <br />supplied by LCRA. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Additions and/or deletions of Points of Delivery and <br /> <br />changes in voltages and contract loads shall be subject <br /> <br />to mutual agreement. <br /> <br />Notice of any desired changes will be made in writing. <br />
