<br />EXHIBIT A (Continued) <br /> <br />POINTS OF DELIVERY (Continued) <br /> <br />Exhibit A will than be prepared setting out the <br /> <br />contract load and the estimated contract loads as <br /> <br />agreed upon. <br /> <br />Should loads materially change at any <br /> <br />Point of Delivery, or if Distributor anticipates a <br /> <br />material increase in load requirements at any Point of <br /> <br />Delivery, written notice thereof will be given to LCRA <br /> <br />and upon mutual agreement a revised Exhibit A will be <br /> <br />prepared and placed in effect. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The minimum monthly billing demand of 500 Kw provided <br /> <br />for in the Wholesale Power Rate Schedule WP-1 shall not <br /> <br />apply at Points of Delivery where noted. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Where Distributor has other sources of electric power <br /> <br />and energy available to it, Distributor agrees that it <br /> <br />will purchase at least 100% of its total annual <br /> <br />electric power and energy requirements from LCRA. <br /> <br />LCRA <br /> <br />will attempt to use its best efforts to furnish any <br /> <br />increases in Distributor's <br /> <br />annual electric energy requirements in the same <br /> <br />percentage as above, provided that Distributor gives <br /> <br />LCRA timely notice of any increase in requirements of <br /> <br />electric power and energy so that LCRA may be prepared <br />
