<br />EXHIBIT A (Continued) <br /> <br />POINTS OF DELIVERY (continued) <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Lower Colorado River Authority agrees to furnish <br /> <br />Distributor all of Distributor's power and energy <br /> <br />requirements at all Points of Delivery up to a maximum <br /> <br />demand of 91,620 Kw. <br /> <br />This maximum demand is based on a <br /> <br />five year estimate of Distributor's anticipated load <br /> <br />requirements and on the LCRA's projected capability. <br /> <br />Therefore, an annual review will be made of the <br /> <br />existing and projected capability of the LCRA, and the <br /> <br />estimated electric power and energy requirements of <br /> <br />Distributor, and based thereon the maximum number of <br /> <br />kilowatts (Kw) which LCRA will be required to furnish <br /> <br />Distributor at all Points of Delivery will be up-dated <br /> <br />and a revised Exhibit A will be prepared and placed in <br /> <br />effect. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The contract load at each Point of Delivery for the <br /> <br />initial year and the estimated contract load for each <br /> <br />of the four succeeding years are set forth above. <br /> <br />Each <br /> <br />year prior to June 25th, LCRA and Distributor will <br /> <br />review Distributor's load requirements for each Point <br /> <br />of Delivery and, based on such review, will mutually <br /> <br />agree on the contract load for each Point of Delivery <br /> <br />for the succeeding year and the estimated contract load <br /> <br />for each of the succeeding four years. <br /> <br />A revised <br />
