In case the service is metered on <br />the low side, suitable loss factors shall be used for billing purposes to <br />cover transformation losses. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The delivery system billing demand shall be the highest average KW established in <br />anyone hour period during the current or preceding eleven months. <br />
