For the months of July, August, September, December <br />January and February, the billing åemand will be the demand established d~ring <br />the system peak hour at each customer delivery point. For all other months, the <br />billing demand will be the higher of: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />the sum of all the customer demands at the system <br />peak hour at each customer delivery point, for <br />the current month, or~ <br /> <br />75% of the average of the billing demands for the <br />immediately preceding J~ly, August, September, <br />December, January, and February. <br /> <br />All demands used for billing purposes which are in excess of the measured <br />demands will be priced at the "Average" capacity charge. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />A wholesale power agreement in the form used by the Authority and its municipal <br />and electric cooperative customers for service to such customers must be executed <br />for service under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Bills calculated under the above rates are subject to the application of the <br />Fuel Charge. <br /> <br />The bills rendered under this schedule are net and will be increased by 1% if <br />not paid within 15 days from the date of the bill and by an additional 1% for <br />each month thereafter until the total amount due is paid. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />The monthly delivery system demand shall be adjusted to an equivalent 90% <br />power factor for billing at any point of delivery below 90%. This adjustment <br />will not be used in the ratchet provision in (3) above. <br /> <br />The monthly delivery system demand established by a prearranged or emergenGY <br />load transfer will not be used in the ratchet provision in (3) above. <br /> <br />9. <br />
