<br />deposited in CITY's Electric Utility Account as referred to in <br />Section 3.2 hereinabove. <br /> <br />3.4 <br /> <br />LCRA will maintain CITY's electric utility books <br /> <br />and records in general conformity with municipal utility <br />accounting standards or PERC accounting standards as may be <br /> <br />mutually agreed upon betwen LCRA and CITY. <br /> <br />LCRA agrees that <br /> <br />any reasonable changes in LCRA's standard accounting provisions <br /> <br />applied to the books and records of the SYSTEM will be made <br /> <br />when requested by CITY. <br /> <br />All such books and records and all <br /> <br />supporting documents shall be available in San Marcos and/or <br /> <br />Austin at reasonable times for inspection and for the taking of <br /> <br />transcriptions and/or photocopies thereof by authorized <br /> <br />representatives and auditors of CITY. <br /> <br />On or before the last day of the month, LCRA shall <br /> <br />deliver to CITY the following financial statements related to <br /> <br />the SYSTEr1: <br /> <br />a) A balance sheet as of the last day of the <br /> <br />preceding month, <br /> <br />b) A statement of income showing in reasonable <br /> <br />detail the revenues and expenses of the SYSTEM for the <br /> <br />-14- <br />
