<br />preceding month and the twelve months ending the last day of <br />the preceding month (or applicable period during the first <br /> <br />CONTRACT YEAR), <br /> <br />c) Such statistical information for the <br /> <br />preceding month and preceding twelve month period as reasonably <br />requested by the CITY, <br /> <br />d) A summary statement of the preceding month's <br /> <br />receipts and disbursements for each cash account maintained by <br /> <br />LCRA on behalf of the CITY as provided within this Operating <br /> <br />Agreement, and <br /> <br />e) A detailed statement of the preceding month's <br /> <br />disbursements from the CITY's Electric Utility Account. <br /> <br />The balance sheet prepared as of the end of each <br />CONTRACT YEAR and the related statement of income for the <br /> <br />CONTRACT YEAR, as well as the books and records upon which such <br />statements are prepared, shall be kept available by LCRA for <br /> <br />audit by CITY or its designated independent auditor for a <br /> <br />period not to exceed twelve (12) months. <br /> <br />Upon completion of <br /> <br />the audit or upon expiration of said twelve (12) months, <br />provided no written protest by CITY has been provided to LCRA, <br /> <br />said statements and records shall be deemed to be correct. <br /> <br />-15- <br />
