<br />(6 ) <br /> <br />(7 ) <br /> <br />(8) <br /> <br />(9 ) <br /> <br />Pay LCRA for electric power and energy furnished <br />by LCRA to CITY's SYSTEM at the rates specified <br /> <br />in the Wholesale Power Contract between LCRA and <br /> <br />CITY dated as of July 24, 1986, or in accordance <br />with the rates and charges then in effect as <br /> <br />approved by the Texas Public Utility Commission. <br /> <br />Establish and maintain such special bank <br /> <br />accounts as may be necessary or desirable and <br /> <br />approved by CITY for working purposes, including <br />but not limited to, Payroll Funds, Petty Cash <br /> <br />Funds an~ Local Office Funds. <br /> <br />Pay for all equipment, materials, supplies and <br /> <br />services and other items purchased for the <br /> <br />account of CITY and used or useful in the <br /> <br />operation and maintenance of the SYSTEM or in <br /> <br />connection with professional services or <br /> <br />construction of extensions to the SYSTEM or in <br /> <br />the maintenance of CITY's records. <br /> <br />Reimburse LCRA for the cost of insurance <br /> <br />provided for in Section 4.1 hereinbelow. <br /> <br />-18- <br />
