<br />d) <br /> <br />all other costs and expenses incurred by <br /> <br />LCRA in conjunction with work performed specifically to bene- <br /> <br />fit CITY's SYSTEM, as may be directed by CITY. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />4.1 <br /> <br />Unless otherwise directed by CITY, LCRA will use <br /> <br />its best efforts to procure insurance (the cost of which is to <br /> <br />be reimbursed LCRA by CITY) in a reasonable amount on CITY's <br /> <br />properties and facilities. <br /> <br />LCRA will arrange for such other <br /> <br />insurance as LCRA deems adequate to protect LCRA and CITY from <br /> <br />claims for damages resulting from any service being performed <br /> <br />by LCRA for CITY. <br /> <br />LCRA will advise CITY with respect to the <br /> <br />amount, cost, deductibles and type of insurance coverage, and <br /> <br />if CITY desires coverage to be purchased for it by LCRA in <br />addition to that purchased by LCRA, then upon receipt of <br /> <br />written request so to do from CITY, LCRA will use its best <br /> <br />efforts to proceed to obtain such coverage. <br /> <br />4.2 <br /> <br />The selection, direction and supervision of all <br /> <br />personnel required by LCRA to properly operate and maintain <br />CITY's SYSTEM in a safe, reliable, economic and efficient <br /> <br />manner and to maintain CITY's SYSTEM records and accounts, and <br /> <br />-21- <br />
