<br />to perform any other services to be rendered by LCRA under this <br />Agreement, shall be solely under the direction and control of <br /> <br />LCRA. <br /> <br />4.3 <br /> <br />CITY shall have the right to select, employ and <br /> <br />supervise such personnel as it may require in connection with <br />any activities of CITY, which activities are not herein <br /> <br />specifically assigned to LCRA. <br /> <br />LCRA shall have no control or <br /> <br />responsibility in connection with said personnel or the <br /> <br />activities in which they are engaged. <br /> <br />Any costs incurred in <br /> <br />connection with such personnel or activities shall be for the <br /> <br />sole account of CITY. <br /> <br />4.4 <br /> <br />CITY shall designate a person who may be a muni- <br /> <br />cipal officer thereof, or any employee of CITY, who shall be <br />the representative of CITY in all matters pertaining to this <br /> <br />Agreement insofar as LCRA is concerned, and such person will <br /> <br />act as the official representative from whom LCRA will receive <br />communications from CITY and to whom LCRA will deliver communi- <br /> <br />cations to CITY. <br /> <br />LCRA may rely upon the written directions of <br /> <br />such person in any action taken by LCRA under this Agreement. <br />Information delivered by LCRA to such person shall be con- <br /> <br />sidered as information delivered to CITY. <br /> <br />The provisions of <br /> <br />this paragraph are for the sole purpose of identifying the <br /> <br />-22- <br />
