<br />party who may act for and on behalf of CITY in connection with <br />this Agreement, but it is understood and agreed that the <br /> <br />actions of such party are limited by the provisions of this <br /> <br />Agreement and do not in any way place such person in the posi- <br />tion to give instructions relative to the activities which are <br /> <br />herein specifically assigned to LCRA. <br /> <br />Any remuneration, <br /> <br />salary, or expenses of such person shall be the responsibility <br /> <br />of CITY. <br /> <br />LCRA shall keep CITY fully and currently informed of <br /> <br />all aspects of its operation of the SYSTEM. <br /> <br />LCRA shall <br /> <br />promptly comply with any requests from CITY for information <br />about the operation of the SYSTEM. <br /> <br />4.5 <br /> <br />LCRA shall arrange for the purchase or rental <br /> <br />for the account of CITY of equipment, materials and supplies <br />and services which are not purchased directly by CITY or other <br /> <br />items necessary to properly operate and maintain the SYSTEM, <br /> <br />and LCRA shall keep the CITY fully and currently informed of <br /> <br />all aspects of its operation of the SYSTEM. <br /> <br />LCRA shall <br /> <br />promptly comply with any requests for information about the <br />operation of the SYSTEM. <br /> <br />-23- <br />
