<br />Part C - The .Best Management Practices. (BMP) Plan <br /> <br />The Industrial Source must provide sufficient information regarding <br />control of Toxic Organic Chemicals to prevent the release of toxic and <br />hazardous pollutants from plant site runoff, spillage or leaks, sludge <br />or waste disposal, and drainage from raw material storage associated <br />with, or ancillary to, the manufacuring or treatment process. <br /> <br />The .BMp. requirements will essentially be met by providing a copy of <br />the .Spill Prevention and Control Plan., along with a complete <br />inventory of chemicals as noted on the Application Form used at the <br />plant site. <br /> <br />If the Industrial Source marks each page of a complete chemical <br />inventory sheet "CONFIDENTIAL., and provides for easy separation from <br />the Baseline or Quarterly Report, then the City of San Marcos will <br />maintain such confidential material is a separate locked file, apart <br />from the City Permit Files, which are open to public inspection. <br /> <br />-88- <br />
