<br />TRANSFER OF INFORMATION <br /> <br />Responsibility for development, construction and operation of <br />methods and equipment rests entirely with the industrial user. <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />The Director may make suggestions and present information <br />pretreatment methods and equipment to help the industry meet <br />pretreatment requirements, but the Director may not require only <br />type of pretreatment or type of equipment unless the equipment <br />process are the only ones allowed by Federal Law, the only <br />available technology (BAT) available or the only ones that <br />performance requirements on accuracy of measuring and/or testing. <br /> <br />on <br />its <br />one <br />and <br />best <br />meet <br /> <br />The Director may not require processes or equipment changes based on <br />newly available technology after a compliance schedule has been <br />approved unless federal or state law requires the change. The <br />Director may require additional pretreatment if the industry changes <br />materials required to be treated and/or if the process used by the <br />industry warrants a change during the compliance schedule time frame. <br />The Director may require additional pretreatment. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
