<br />SITE DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Any commercial customer of the City water and wastewater utilities who <br />is regulated by the Industrial Waste Ordinance must have a sampling <br />port in its lateral before the lateral connects to the City's <br />wastewater collection system. <br /> <br />Procedure: <br /> <br />There are four conditions which may exist for a commercial customer in <br />the City. These are: <br /> <br />c. <br />d. <br /> <br />A person has one water meter and one sewer tap. <br />A person has more than one water meter and one sewer tap. <br />A person has one water meter and more than one sewer tap. <br />A person has more than one water meter and more than one <br />sewer tap. <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br /> <br />In situation a and b there is no problem with a sampling port. The <br />Industrial Waste Ordinance forbids situation c, but allows situation <br />d. if the water through one meter is unique to only one sewer tap. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
