<br />7) <br /> <br />How the staff using the pollutants listed <br />informed of the information in the Plan. <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />Existing Industries <br /> <br />Any industry in existence on the effective date of this <br />Ordinance or who has already purchased water and wastewater <br />service connections shall have 180 days to submit a Spill <br />Prevention and Control Plan to the Director for his <br />approval. The Plan shall contain the information outlined <br />above except, where facilities do not exist for segregation <br />of the pollutants, no construction shall be required. <br />However, the Plan shall include how spills will be <br />controlled and kept out of the City's wastewater collection <br />system. If a spill occurs and the Plan does not function as <br />described then the Director may require new facilities to be <br />constructed. <br /> <br />Since much of the information required on the pollutants may affect <br />the industries' security, all information submitted under this section <br />shall be considered confidential and shall be used for enforcement use <br />only. <br /> <br />-16- <br />
