<br />Automatic car washes (those having high pressure spray wands and/or <br />brushes) shall install a fifty (50) GPM interceptor minimum for a four <br />wash bay vehicle wash. The interceptor shall increase ten (10) GPM <br />for each additional wash bay over four (4). Single bay hand or <br />portable washer type vehicle washes shall install a twenty (20) GPM <br />interceptor minimum. <br /> <br />Procedure: <br /> <br />Prior to installation anyone requiring an interceptor shall have <br />design and size approved by the Director in writing. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />-18- <br />
