Report the cause of these <br />events and the corrective action taken. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Total Toxic Organics (T.T.O.) <br /> <br />The compounds comprising the T.T.O. may be found <br />in 40 CFR 433 August 31, 1982. The T.T.O. <br />Standard for Class 1 and 2 Industrial Sources is <br />the sum of the individual T.T.O.'s where each is <br />greater than 0.010 mg/l. <br /> <br />If the Industrial Source has not already submitted <br />a list of all chemicals used on the plant site, <br />then such list shall be added to the -Initial <br />Compliance Reportw. <br /> <br />In lieu of requiring monitoring for T.T.O., <br />dischargers must make the following certification <br />statement: wBased on my inquiry of the person or <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Industrial Sources found consistantly out of compliance shall be <br />subject to more frequent pH monitoring requirements. <br /> <br />-25- <br />
